Trade:
There are rumors that the Brooklyn Nets feel Kyrie Irving could return to the team soon. With all things involving Kyrie, you can never be sure he will keep his word.
Irving once told the Boston Celtics he was planning to re-sign with them, only to sign the second free agency opened with the Nets.
IQ:
An excellent athlete in a solid 6’2 point guard body, Irving has complete command and control of the basketball in terms of handle and running a team … He’s super quick, and makes it almost impossible for his defender to stay in front of him on a one on one basis.
#1 Chris Paul
He is arguably the smartest person ever to play the game. It can be argued that his high basketball IQ is an innate ability as opposed to it developing over time. Chris Paul is the first player in NBA history to record 35 points and 10 assists in a playoff debut.
Vaccine:
The latest wave of Covid-19 cases across the NBA is bringing the league’s most prominent unvaccinated player back to the court.
Kyrie Irving, who hasn’t played for the Brooklyn Nets this season because of his refusal to abide by New York City’s indoor vaccine mandate, is preparing to return for Nets road games two months after the team banished him.
Retirement:
Most notably, Irving confirmed that he is unvaccinated, said that he will not be retiring and claimed that he was promised an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine.
Earlier this week, the Nets announced that Irving will not be allowed to participate with the team as a part-time player.
