The early signs were not good and there is now a belief that Murray suffered a torn ACL, according to Mike Jurecki.

An MRI and additional tests will be performed to confirm the severity of Murray’s injury. A torn ACL will sideline Murray for the remainder of the season and potentially part of the 2023 season based on knee damage. A full recovery usually takes nine to 12 months.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the fear is that Murray suffered a “serious knee injury,” but more tests should confirm whatever that is. Other reports indicated that Murray most likely had a torn ACL in his left knee.
