Larson is the 2012 NASCAR K and N Pro Series East Champion and Rookie of the Year, 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year as well as the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Rookie of the Year. Larsen was fighting against Kevin Harvick for a spot above the cutline throughout the stage, but Chase was not safe until after Elliott’s accident.
