Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins left Sunday’s NFL game against the Green Bay Packers due to an injury during the fourth quarter. It was not looking good.
The 35-year-old Cousins limped off the field after suffering a non-contact injury. He could not put any pressure on his right leg and started screaming in pain as soon as he reached the bench.
Although Cousins was initially being taken to the locker room after coming out of the game, he remained on the sideline while being seated on a medical cart. The team declared it an “ankle injury” and ruled him out.
