Kiana Smith (born June 10, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Smith played college basketball for the Louisville Cardinals. He graduated from Troy High School in Fullerton, California, where he was rated a five-star recruit by ESPN and named a McDonald’s All-American. At the college level, Smith played for California, where he wa
s a Pac-12 Conference All-freshman team selection, and relocated to Louisville for his junior season.

High School
Smith was born on June 10, 1999.[1] She grew up playing against her older brother, Jamal, in their backyard, which she attributes to her development as a basketball player.[2] Her junior season He played basketball for John W. North High School in Riverside, California, before transferring to Troy High School in Fullerton, California. His school was located across the street from California State University, Fullerton, where his father served as the associate head coach of the men’s basketball team and played for the Jamal team. Due to his proximity to Cal State Fullerton, Smith often worked with the men’s team at Titan Gym after school.[2] He averaged 15 points per game as a junior at Troy, and was on the Orange County Register All-Games. Received County First Team honors. As a senior, Smith averaged 21.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, nearly four assists and three steals per game, helping his team reach the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Open Division semifinals. He was named the Orange County Register Player of the Year and the top player in the CIF Southern Division Division I was named John R. Wooden Award. [4] [5] Smith was selected to play in the McDonald’s All-American Game. [6] He competed for the West Coast Premier on the Amateur Athletic Union circuit with Kennedy Burke and Destiny Littleton.
