Highlights

Kevin Byard: Highlights| Salary| Wife| Madden rating| Is good

The Philadelphia Eagles’ recent trade for Kevin Byard highlights their aggressive approach to building a championship roster.

Byrd, a two-time first-team All-Pro safety, was acquired by the Eagles for minimum draft capital and a player.

In contrast, the Green Bay Packers, led by Brian Gutekunst, have failed to make impressive moves to improve their roster during Aaron Rodgers’ tenure.

The Philadelphia Eagles continue to show the Green Bay Packers where they have gone wrong under general manager Brian Gutekunst. While the Eagles have been making smart deals and building a strong roster, the Packers have failed to be aggressive in addressing their needs. The recent trade by the Eagles for Kevin Byard shows their willingness to make moves to improve the team, while the Packers lack urgency. If Gutekunst had taken a page out of the Eagles’ playbook, the Packers would have had a better chance of capturing another Super Bowl during Aaron Rodgers’ tenure.

Salary

According to the report, aggressive in all phases of roster-building, Philadelphia made several moves at the 2022 trade deadline and could add additional players before the October 31 deadline. Byard has two years and $16 million remaining on the five-year, $70.5 million contract he signed in 2019.

Wife

His wife name is Amy Adams. Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk thanked Byrd and his wife Clark for their work on and off the field as a model of leadership.
