He has been playing football since childhood. He started his youth career with JS Surens.

He joined Boulogne’s reserve team in 2010 through contacts with the president of Surens and then made his professional debut on May 18, 2012, in the last game of the Ligue 2 season.

He later joined Ligue 2 side ‘Ken’ in 2013 and then played all 38 games in his first season as they came third in Ligue 2, earning them promotion to Ligue 1.
