As a talented skater as he is a surfer, young Hawaii-born David suffers from Wolff-Parkinson White syndrome and recently required open-heart surgery to remove the excess muscle that had grown on his heart, and that cost him life. Was getting – the threat of a tour.

Kalani David is undoubtedly one of the best surfers/skaters in the world. He regularly wins big time competition in every sport and wants to compete at the highest professional level on water and on wheels. Last summer he was on a trip to Indonesia in which he almost died. Death
The talented Hawaiian athlete died of a seizure while surfing off the coast of Costa Rica, Inertia reports.
According to the Surfing News website, David lived with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, a condition where people can have very rapid heartbeats, known as tachycardia. It affects one to three out of every 1,000 people worldwide.
According to John Hopkins Medicine, the condition is not dangerous for most people. But it added: “The greatest risk is sudden death from a heart attack, which can cause tachycardia. However, this is extremely rare, occurring in less than 1 percent of cases.”
Cause of death
At the age of twenty-four, Kalani David died from a surfing tour in Costa Rica, leaving a stream of sorrow and love for the troubled child.
Nathan Florence, Taylor Steele, Eli Olson, Caipo Guerreiro, Pat O’Connell, Zeke Law expressed their grief over David’s death.
