Michigan basketball coach Juwan Howard has been suspended from the final five games of the regular season and fined $40,000 for hitting a Wisconsin assistant in the head, leading to a post-game scuffle.
The Big Ten Conference also on Monday suspended three players a game for contention following the Badgers’ 77-63 victory on Sunday: Michigan’s Moussa Diabet and Terrence Williams II, and Wisconsin’s Jahkoby Neath.
