Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert is expected to recover after throwing a hand against the Chiefs. According to James Palmer of NFL Network, Herbert left the stadium with his hand wrapped and iced.
Chicago Bears r Khalil Mack was out with a leg injury against Cleveland but returned in the second half. Linebacker Joel Iigbuniwe has suffered a hamstring injury. Quarterback Justin Fields told reporters that his arm would recover from the injury in the second half.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (rib injury) was dismissed against Cincinnati. Tackle Chukuma Okorafor was ruled out due to a possible injury.

Justin Herbert started this season slow(ish), but that’s definitely not the case now as he’s playing like a man on a mission now. In the past two weeks, Herbert has thrown for only zero interceptions for 503 yards and seven touchdowns. They have taken advantage of a few plus matchups and they have delivered massively to the fantasy football lineup. That being said, Herbert may have his hands full this week against the Cleveland Browns’ defense which is currently third in the total DVOA of Football Outsiders. The Browns are allowing only 208.8 passing yards per game so far and only 1.5 passing touchdowns per competition. We can see Herbert continue to throw out the lights, but that’s less likely to happen in this tough matchup. He’s still worth starting out as a low-end QB1, but we need to adjust our expectations for him this week.

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert will recover from an injury to his throwing arm during his team’s 30-24 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

The Bolts took Herbert with the sixth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and slipped behind veteran Tyrod Taylor on the team’s depth chart to give him more time to develop.
However, Herbert began Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs, when Taylor suffered a punctured lung while receiving a painkiller injection before the game.
He has since started, completing 66.6 percent of his passes for 31 touchdowns and 10 interceptions and has run 55 times for 234 yards and five scores in 2020.
