Jurgen klopp: Celebration| Barcelona| Post match interview
Celebration:
Blackpool manager Neil Critchley celebrated his side’s 2-0 win over Preston in a manner very similar to Jurgen Klopp.
After seeing his side go level on points with fifth placed Luton Town in the Championship table, the Seasiders boss approached home fans after the final whistle and fist pumped three times as Klopp often does.
Barcelona:
Ronald Koeman’s sacking as Barcelona manager on Wednesday had unexpected implications for Liverpool, as Jurgen Klopp was linked to the Spanish giants. Klopp has been with the club for six years and is under contract with the Reds until June 2024 – and he has already addressed rumours over his future.
They are the only unbeaten club in the Premier League and have won all three of their Champions League group games so far.
Their 5-0 thrashing of rivals Manchester United last weekend was an undoubted high point of the campaign so far and Klopp is unlikely to be thinking about leaving Merseyside just yet.
Post match interview: Jurgen Klopp
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp lost his cool with an interviewer and stormed out of a post-match interview after he was asked why he was “angry” at the full-time whistle.
Klopp’s men secured three points against Atletico Madrid in a thrilling 3-2 win at the Wanda Metropolitano on Tuesday night in the Champions League.
Mohamed Salah and Naby Keita fired Liverpool into a 2-0 lead in the opening 15 minutes, but an Antoine Griezmann brace pulled Atletico back into the contest before half-time.
