Josh Hart: Eagle scout| Projections| Playoff stats
Joshua Aaron Hart (born March 6, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected by the Utah Jazz as the 30th overall pick in the first round of the 2017 NBA draft, before being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers on draft night.
Eagle scout
When Villanova Wildcat Josh Hart steps onto the court for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament this March, he’ll do so as a young man who has already accomplished something great.
No, we’re not talking about how Josh and his team became national champions by winning the tournament during Josh’s junior year in 2016. We’re not even talking about how he and his team became Big East Conference regular season champions. Fourth consecutive year.
Those are certainly admirable accomplishments, but what many people don’t know is that, in addition to being a bonafide college basketball star, Josh Hart is also an Eagle Scout.
His journey to earning the Eagle was not easy, spending a lot of time participating in high school basketball.
