Joshua James Giddey (born 10 October 2002) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected by the Thunder with the sixth overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft. Giddy is the youngest player in NBA history to record a triple-double, doing so at the age of 19 years, 84 days. He became the first player to record three consecutive triple-doubles as a rookie since Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson in 1961.

Underage girl
Josh Giddey was called out on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Wednesday after leaked footage of him allegedly having sex with an underage girl went viral. User ‘X’ shared leaked videos of Giddey with a girl named Liv Cook.
In one of the videos, Giddey can be seen with her arms wrapped around him while he records a video for her brother. There’s also a photo, seemingly taken from Snapchat, where Giddey has her arms wrapped around his neck.
Allegations
The allegations, which surfaced on social media platform X, claimed that Giddey was interacting with a high school student. Despite being in the news, Thunder and Giddey have not released any comments regarding the allegations.
“Josh giddey from the OKC Thunder with an underage girl,” the user captioned some videos and a photo.
“The first video is her talking to her brother. It’s disgusting and this man needs to be punished. We can’t let this surface any longer. This needs to be seen. The girl is a junior in high school.”
