Navy Seal

Not all of us have the Navy SEAL mentality nor are we willing to compete in the CrossFit sports; But we can learn a thing or two about daily discipline, mental toughness, and enduring adversity from our recent guest, Josh Bridges.

Josh wrestled in high school and college. He worked as a telemarketer and a loan officer (both of which he despised!) which led him to the decision to pursue the Navy. The same friend who had lured her into aspiring to be a Navy SEAL introduced her to CrossFit in 2005.
