Jordan Alexander Spieth (born July 27, 1993) is an American professional golfer on the PGA Tour and former world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking. He is a three-time major winner and the 2015 FedEx Cup champion.[2] Spieth’s first major win came at the 2015 Masters Tournament, when he scored 270 (-18) and earned $1.8 million. He broke the 72-hole record set by Tiger Woods in 1997 and became the second youngest golfer (behind Woods) to win the Masters. He then won the 2015 US Open with a score of 5-under-par. [3] He was the youngest US Open champion since amateur Bobby Jones in 1923. He went on to win the 2015 Tour Championship, winning the 2015 FedEx Cup. Two years later, Spieth won his third Major at the 2017 Open Championship by three shots at 12-under par.

Last win

Jordan Spieth has won 12 PGA Tour wins in his career. Years ago, he was on a career trajectory like Phil Mickelson, or perhaps Tiger Woods, because of how many times he won at a young age.

In 2021, Spieth was at a crossroads in his career as a long drought without the PGA Tour – or major championship – winning continues.

The last time Jordan Spieth won a PGA Tour event was the 2017 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. Spieth overcame a poor start in the final round on 23 July, defeating Matt Kutcher to reach the third stage of a career Grand Slam. It was Spieth’s third win in calendar 2017, and he hasn’t won since.

Jordan Spieth, (born July 27, 1993, Dallas, Texas, U.S.), American professional golfer who, at age 21, won the 2015 Masters Tournament and the US Open, two of golf’s most prestigious events. He won his third major title when he won the 2017 British Open

Shot yesterday

Jordan Spieth has always had a flair for theatrics. But it was a little too much for him.

On Saturday at Pebble Beach’s famous par-4 eighth, Spieth’s tee shot was headed for imminent death. His ball was headed for the cliff, only for him to stop over the edge, leaving him with the most dangerous approach shot ever, not knowing how hard it is to hit the eighth green.

Wins

Many young people don’t live up to the phenom campaign. But to be fair, not many people are as wired as Jordan Spieth.

After an illustrious amateur career, Spieth has won 12 times during his PGA Tour career, most recently at the Valero Texas Open, his first since the 2017 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.

With his 2017 Travelers Championship win (which produced an epic celebration), Spieth joins Tiger Woods as the only other player to win the Tour 10 times since World War II at the age of 24.

The Texan and former world No. 1 has also won the Australian Open twice (2014 and 2016) and the Hero World Challenge in 2014.

Spieth has amassed over $44 million in on-course earnings in his career.
