Before and after

Jon Moxley: Before and after| Heckler| What did the fan say to

Jon Moxley returns to All Elite Wrestling television on this week’s AEW Dynamite for the first time since entering the alcohol treatment program in early November. The former WWE and AEW World Champion looked quite different, losing weight and letting his hair grow back. Fans took to social media to post before/after photos of the mocks after the show, and as you can see below, the difference is staggering.

Moxley said in his promo that he never felt free and added that he plans to go on a pilgrimage to challenge anyone around the world. All the signs of the heel turn he was pointing to before his departure had disappeared.

Heckler

Jon Moxley’s AEW return was off to a hot start on Wednesday — ’cause the wrestling star clapped at a heckler while in the ring… told the guy to “go yourself.”

On Live TV!!!

Moxley made his much-anticipated return to square circles on “Dynamite” after he stepped down to overcome an alcohol addiction… and one man clearly took issue with his appearance.

As John begins to speak… a fan is heard shouting “Take the trash out of the ring” and Moxley’s speech.

Moxley—formerly known as Dean Ambrose—replied the old fashioned, “Hey, go f*** yourself. Get that guy out of here.”

Of course, his reaction should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with his fiery personality… and his brutal, but honest, style of delivery.

What did the fan say to

Fans have been waiting for Jon Moxley to return to AEW. Mox delivered with a fiery promo that also included some questionable language for prime-time TV. The former AEW World Champion said he was focused again and ready to make a big impact.

A man in a Washington, DC crowd decided to make a tasteless joke of John Moxley’s very personal situation. Moxley immediately addressed the fan, asking them to “go f*ck” himself on a live mic. It was a reminder that bad apples can happen in any crowd, even during a very solemn moment.

The situation was discussed on the latest Wrestling Observer radio. Dave Meltzer explains what the fan said and compared it to another famous heckling moment. Bret Hart’s promo shortly after the death of his brother Owen Hart seemed a fair comparison.
