Injury update
Klingberg got his left leg jammed under Alexis Lafreniere when Chris Kreider hit him high in the first period of Thursday’s season-opening win in New York, resulting in a lower-body injury. Klingberg exited the game early in the first period, but returned later. During the second intermission, he was officially ruled out.
Klingberg was not on the ice for Saturday’s morning practise, and Bowness stated he wouldn’t be skating at all. Do you know if he’ll be available on Sunday or Tuesday?
