Joey Logano once again inched closer to adding more history to his haul in Sunday’s Daytona 500.
After winning the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series championship — not to mention the 2015 edition of the “Great American Race” — Logano nearly added another crown jewel to his growing Hall of Fame resume in the 65th running of the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway. However, his push to the front in the late hour was not enough to seal the deal in overtime, and a last lap caution turned the result into a career-defining victory for Ricky Stenhouse Jr., instead giving Logano Left as runner-up.

“I started losing my hair around 22,” he explained. “My older brother was balding too, but was way braver & cooler & just shaved his off. It was really emotional for me to watch it fall out & I felt less attractive & truly less like myself as the days went on, so I saved up and got my first surgery at 28. I hid it from everyone. It was painful & expensive but I started to feel better about myself.”
