The Boston, MA native was the Senators’ seventh-round selection in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, and he spent the next four years developing into a quality prospect with the USHL’s Muskegon Lumberjacks, and Arizona State University, which became a Division-1 college program during his tenure.

Ottawa Senators goaltender  Daccord is out “long term” with an injury, general manager Pierre Dorion announced Friday.

Dorion said there is no timeline on Daccord’s return, but he is likely done for the season.

Contract:

The Ottawa Senators have signed goaltender Daccord to a three-year contract, the team announced Saturday.

The deal carries an annual value of $700,000 in the NHL and $175,000 at the AHL level in the first year, $750,000 in the NHL and $300,000 in the AHL in the second and $800,000 in the NHL in the final and sole one-way year of the agreement.
