Get the gat
It was an afternoon to remember in Cincinnati on Sunday.
Quarterback Joe Burrows threw for 446 yards and four touchdowns, and the win gave Cincinnati their first AFC North title since 2015, with the Bengals upset the Chiefs 34-31. Burrow and the Bengals made sure to celebrate a monumental victory in style postgame.
Burrow and fellow LSU alum Ja’Mar Chase claimed their 2020 college national title as the festivities began in the Bengals’ locker room. Burrow lit a winning cigar postgame, and he later danced to the 1992 track ‘Get the Gat’ by Lil Alt. Perhaps we’ll see a similar celebration in store if the Bengals continue to roll out when the postseason begins.
Week 18

The Cincinnati Bengals will not play star quarterback Joe Burrow in his Week 18 game against the Cleveland Browns. It’s a decision that could have a huge impact on the New England Patriots’ team in the AFC wild card round of the NFL playoffs.
Burrow hasn’t been able to complete his team’s Week 17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, but he told reporters on Wednesday that his knee is fine and he’s giving it some rest in Week 18.
Burrow is not the only notable offensive player who will not play for the Bengals in the finale of his regular season. Joe Mixon’s running back after testing positive for COVID-19 has also been ruled out, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Bengal have several other players in the COVID-19 reserve list.
Dancing
This time, Burrow lit the cigar of a post-game victory as his Bengals ousted the AFC-leading Kansas City Chiefs out of Paul Brown Stadium, in the process securing the club’s first AFC North crown since 2015.
While the players celebrated in the locker room after the win, they also shared the moments on various social media platforms.
Not only did it give us a look at Burrow’s leg injury, but he saw him once again lighting a cigar.
Locker room
The Cincinnati Bengals showed a new side to the national audience after a win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, which resulted in the AFC North crown.
After going from major rebuilder to contender, Bengals stars like Joe Burrows, Joe Mixon and Tyler Boyd celebrated in the locker room with cigars, capped by an epic performance.
The celebration was a national and online hit, to say the least, as most don’t get to see that side of the Bengals corps very often.
Take a look at some of the best moments and reactions from the celebration before the team turns its attention to the Cleveland Browns in Week 17.
