Jennifer Judith Jones OM (born 7 July 1974) is a Canadian curler. She was the Olympic champion in curling as a skip for the Canadian team at the 2014 Sochi Games. Jones is the first female skip to go through an undefeated game. The only male fellow to achieve this was Canadian Kevin Martin in 2010. Jones and his team were the first Manitoba-based curling team to win an Olympic gold medal. They won the 2008 World Women’s Curling Championship, and were the last Canadian women’s team to do so until Rachel Homan in 2017. She won the second world championship in 2018. Jones will once again represent Canada at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

If ever a team needed a strong performance and some wins, it was Jennifer Jones, who hit a four off Canada at the Olympics on Monday.
Recovering from three straight defeats that left Canada eighth in the women’s rankings, Jones and her teammates fired pistols on Monday, beating Russia’s Alina Kovaleva 11-5 and Great Britain’s Eve Muirhead in Ice Cube. defeated 7-3.
“Olympic Jane showed up today, so it was great,” Canadian coach Victor Kjell said.
The victory left Canada with a 3–3 record, tied for fifth place with Great Britain and South Korea, and only one game behind the teams above the playoff line. Switzerland is in first place 5-1, while Sweden, Japan and the United States are all 4-2.
“It was a wonderful Monday,” Jones said after the evening’s game against Muirhead.
“Today we had 19 ends of great curling and that was the difference. It was fantastic.”

The Winnipeg Skip gave Canada a 7-6 win over Tabitha Peterson and the United States on Wednesday, improving to 4-3 in the Olympic women’s curling round robin, placing them in third place with Japan.
