Jeff Brohm (born April 24, 1971) is an American football coach and former quarterback. He is the head football coach at Purdue University. Brom played college football at the University of Louisville for coach Howard Schnellenberger from 1989 to 1993, and played in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons from 1994 to 2000, and the XFL in 2001. He served as the head coach at Western Kentucky University. From 2014-2016.

Contract
According to Mike Carmin of the Journal and Courier, the contract includes a signing bonus of $1.7 million, which is expected to spread over the next two years.
Brom’s annual salary will increase from $4.2 million to $4.8 million. With the bonuses, he expects to make $5.25 million in 2019, ranking third among B1G coaches, according to Bruce Feldman of The Athletic.

An increase of $1 million per season pushed him from 10th to sixth in the league, and he surpassed Purdue’s Jeff Brohm in the process.
The program announced Monday that Allen has agreed to an amendment to his current seven-year contract that will increase his annual average compensation to $4.9 million through the 2027 season.
Son
Jeff Brohm and his wife, Jennifer, have a son, Brady, and a daughter, Brooke. Jeff is one of four members of a family of football letterwinners in Louisville along with his father, Oscar (quarterback 1966–69), and brothers, Greg (wide receivers 1989–92) and Brian (quarterback 2004–07). The Brom family, including mother, Donna, and sister Kim, were inducted into the Louisville Catholic Sports Hall of Fame in 2013.

A program with a combined nine victories in the four seasons before the arrival of the Brom, Purdue exceeded all expectations in its first season in 2017 and made noise throughout college football. The Boilermakers won seven games, capturing both of their rivalry trophies (canoes).
