The most notable absence for the Dolphins comes at the center where general starter Tua Tagovailoa expects Jacobi to play the game with Brissette as emergency backup.

The Dolphins build touches for the waddles close to the line of scrimmage (an average depth of 6.7 yards entering the target in Week 10), but not enough receptions from them have turned into explosive gains. Former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle was selected by the Miami Dolphins at No. 6 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. Shortly after he was drafted, his reaction led to a flood of memes on the internet.
