What happened to
During week 7’s game against the Carolina Panthers, the quarterback for the Washington Commanders — Jayden Daniels — injured his ribs during the first quarter of the match. The injury happened during a red zone play. Jayden Daniels was evaluated on the sidelines and later sent to the locker room, where he underwent X-ray examinations. He was ruled out for the remainder of the match while being observed as ‘questionable’, and was subsequently substituted by Marcus Mariota.
Injury update
Jayden Daniels is set for more tests today after he sustained a rib injury during the game involving the Washington Commanders and Carolina Panthers. It has been reported by coach Dan Quinn that he has no further information regarding the quarterback’s status.
“I can not give you an update on Jayden, but I will just as soon as we find out,” Quinn mentions in his press address after Jayden was hurt in the initial minutes of the game against the Lions. “I’ll give you some updates just as soon as I find out tomorrow, but I do not have any tonight.”
His mother Regina Jackson posted a message on her social media which was ‘He’s fine’. ‘He is praying that Jayden Daniels gets well soon and that it isn’t a serious injury’, Magic Johnson, the part owner stated.
As the Commanders shake off the off-season hangover and now look up rather than down, 7 games in and having lost only 2 – Daniels situation on the other hand still remains a mystery.
Veteran Mariota who came in for Daniels, asserted, “Two touchdowns, 205 yards are good stats, it is how much time it takes. It could be anything as we have no clue. But I thought he seemed okay and otherwise you just check on him, how he is and We will wait to see how it goes.”
Is hurt
Jayden Daniels quarter back for the Washington Commanders suffered a rib injury while playing against the Carolina Panthers. His mother has reported that diagnostic tests have ruled out significant injury. That left the game to Marcus Mariota and as the Commanders held a 20-0 lead in the game, it was now unclear if Daniels would return.
