Barker, 49, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Court records indicate he was to be detained for 12 hours because of the charges related to “domestic violence”.His arrest booking report lists him as Harry Jerome Barker by his full name.Tennessean does not name victims of domestic violence. Documents on file with the Metro Nashville General Sessions Court said the occupants of the vehicle were leaving the party at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. As they drove into the driveway of a nearby home, Barker allegedly “overturned his vehicle at high speed in an attempt to hit him, but missed,” according to the arrest affidavit. The affidavit said the occupants of the vehicle contacted police after Barker left the house. Police contacted Barker when he later left the house.
