Horn-Francis had been known as a rising star since junior football. Growing up, he supported the Fremantle Dockers. He was named the Most Valuable Player for South Australia when he captained the under-16 state team. He was also the captain of the South Australian under-19 team,  during which he was named in the All-Australian squad of the competition. He began playing senior-level SANFL at the age of 17, and was named Best-on-Ground in the 2021 preliminary final.

In late 2021, Horn-Francis was the first South Australian since Bryce Gibbs (2006) to be selected as the first choice in the national draft. [6] Upon joining the Kangaroos, Horn-Francis had a choice of numbers 6 and 18 for his jumper, and chose 6 because number 18 was closely associated with club legend Wayne Carey, and Horn-Francis. I wanted to make my own way.

Horn-Francis played his first game in the AFL in the opening round of the 2022 season, scoring 13 dismissals and scoring a goal in North Melbourne’s narrow defeat to Hawthorne.  He was part of his first victory in the North’s 15-point victory against the West Coast the following week.  In June of his first season, he was suspended by the league for two weeks for hitting an opponent.

Fabian Francis is a former Australian rules football and rugby league footballer, most notable for his brief professional career with the Port Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League.

School

Hailed by the leading talents of the 2021 Draft class, Jason Horne-Francis is one of the most accomplished prospects in recent memory. The South Australian midfielder entered the season with high hopes and had already made his league debut at the age of 17. A pick of the bunch at every level, Horne-Francis took his game to new heights this season with South Adelaide. A model of continuity throughout the campaign in various roles, Horn-Francis shone in the preliminary final night, scoring three goals (and three behind) from 24 disposals (18 fought) and 11 clearances to claim best on ground honors.

His side was beaten, but later attention was focused on the sensational teenager’s blistering performance at the Adelaide Oval. It was this performance that saw him as the potential favorite target of North Melbourne with pick number one. Named captain of the South Australian Under 19 team, Horn-Francis league commitments limited him to just one match in the tricolor – against Western Australia in Perth. However, he was awarded All-Australian honors and was crowned South Australia’s MVP when he captained his state at the Under 16 National Championships in 2019.

The identity of Jason’s biological father is not known. We know that his biological father owned a milk bottling factory. Horn-Francis dropped out of school at age 11 to work at his father’s milk bottling factory, Fleurieu Milk Company.

He attributes his maturity as a person to this experience and the influence of his stepfather on his football career.
Jason is very private about his personal life. Consequently, it is not clear whether she has any siblings, although she has a half-brother from the marriage of her stepfather and mother.
