Jack Peter Miller (born 18 January 1995) is an Australian Grand Prix motorcycle racer who rides for the factory Ducati team in MotoGP. He was the German 2011 IDM 125cc International Champion. Miller has been linked to KTM’s factory squad since the French GP, with Alex Rins also confirming discussions with the marque following Suzuki’s shock decision to leave MotoGP at the end of the year.
Miller’s relationship with KTM has strengthened in recent weeks, with Mark announcing his signing for 2023 on Thursday morning.
Oliveira confirmed last month that he had been offered a return to the Take 3 team for 2023 if he wanted to stay with KTM, as Mark looked to improve his line-up.
After the four-time MotoGP race winner ruled it out as an option, Oliveira was linked with a move to Ducati in 2023 with Grassini.
“Having Jack with Brad on our team means we have another strong asset. I know him well, I know how he likes to work and what he can bring to the box,” KTM team manager Francesco Guidotti said.
“I am confident that his character and the way he rides and carries our KTM RC16 will help us immensely in this phase of our project. Like Brad, Jack is a pure racer: he’ll find the limit and max of any bet and any package and still ‘go for it’ to get a result, and that’s a fairly rare quality. The next two seasons will be exciting.”
