Now the question is, where does this dunk rank among Morant’s best? He has no shortage of options, and so Jaren Jackson Jr., when asked the question, couldn’t rank it.

“There it is,” said Jackson. “Maybe the top three.”

If Beasley took the charge, Morant would have his fourth foul, and Minnesota would get another possession at the end of the third quarter.

But Beasley did not take charge. Instead, Morant rose to a giant tomahawk slam that worked the FedEx forum into frenzy. The Grizzlies were down big at the time, but this dunk from Morant propelled Memphis to a 3-2 series lead on the way to a dramatic 111-109 victory.
