Lebron:

LeBron James was ejected with a flagrant 2 foul on Isaiah Stewart. James was assessed a flagrant foul 2 on the play while Stewart received two technical fouls for “multiple unsportsmanlike acts during the altercation.” It’s the second time James has been ejected in his career, the first coming in 2017.

The league said Stewart, 20, was suspended for “escalating an on-court altercation by repeatedly and aggressively pursuing” James “in an unsportsmanlike manner.”

LeBron James:

Stewart sustained a large cut under his right eye during a Jerami Grant free throw while battling for position between James and DeAndre Jordan. Stewart was knocked to the floor. Once he got up, he immediately exchanged words with the long-time superstar and then tried to go after him.

LeBron James and Isaiah Stewart were both ejected after getting into a physical altercation midway through the third quarter of the Lakers-Pistons game on Sunday night in Detroit. Los Angeles went on to win 121-116.

 Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James reportedly will be suspended one game for his role in the incident between the Lakers and Detroit Pistons on Sunday.

Pistons big man Isaiah Stewart, who was struck by James in the face leading to a skirmish, will be suspended two games for escalating the incident.

Stewart repeatedly went after James in anger after taking a blow to the face. James reportedly tried to track down the youngster’s phone number to apologize for the incident.

Ratings
