Japan’s undisputed super bantamweight world champion, Naoya Inoue, survived an early scare to stop Mexico’s Luis Neri in the sixth round and defend her title.
Fans at the famous venue, which seats more than 45,000, were stunned on Monday when Nery knocked out the undefeated “Monster” with a powerful left in the first round.
