Inga Natalia wiątek (Polish pronunciation: born 31 May 2001) is a Polish professional tennis player. She is currently ranked world No. 1 by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), and is the youngest player to be ranked in the top ten. Inga was the champion at the 2020 French Open and is the first player to represent Poland to win a Grand Slam singles title. With the title, she became the youngest singles champion at the tournament since Rafael Nadal in 2005 and the youngest women’s singles champion since Maria Sharapova in 2004. He won the title again in 2022.

Inga Swietake once admitted that it was his father who brought him the idea of taking up tennis. He always liked this game and wanted his daughter to practice it. My sister, who was three years older, was playing and I wanted to be like her. When I was younger, I was always competing against him and losing, which was very motivating for me,” she told WTA Insider in 2019.
Tomasz Swiatek himself used to be an athlete – he used to practice rowing. He competed in the double four at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. He finished seventh with Savomir Sislakowski, Miroslav Mru and Andrzej Krzepinski. A year ago, in the same team, he won the gold medal at the Universiade. Wiątek has also participated in the world championships several times.
