Hardik Pandya Injury: Update| Update video| Clip

India faced Bangladesh in their third match of the ongoing World Cup and won the match easily by seven wickets while chasing 257 runs thanks to Virat Kohli’s brilliant 48th century in ODIs. However, the team suffered a blow during the match when their star all-rounder walked off the field after getting injured while fielding his own bowling.

Pandya apparently twisted his left ankle and was attended to by the on-field physio. He also tried to bowl but was in extreme pain due to which he had to leave the field and did not take part in the match. He was also sent for scans later and now BCCI has confirmed that the star player will miss the crucial match against New Zealand in Dharamsala on Sunday (October 22).
