Greg Biffle was ordered by a jury to pay $250,000 to his ex-wife, Nicole Lunders, for violating her privacy with hidden cameras installed in their home.

Biffle has argued that he installed the cameras because he believed a maid was stealing from him. According to Lunders, she didn’t know the cameras were installed and saw her naked when she came out of her bathroom. Biffle told the court that Lunders knew the cameras were in place, while he said he had shown the videos to other parties.

According to Biffle, cameras also caught Lunders having an affair. Lunders’ attorney said she also accuses Biffle of infidelity. The couple separated in 2015 and their divorce was finalized in 2016.

A lawsuit stemming from a lawsuit filed by Lunders against Biffle ended last week. Apart from alleging that her privacy was violated, she said that her mother’s privacy was also infringed upon. She was seeking more than $5 million in damages for herself and over $3 million in damages for her mother.
