Green Bay Packers: Quarterback| Injuries| Score| Highlights…
The Green Bay Packers were founded on August 11, 1919 by former high-school football rivals Earl “Curly” Lambeau and George Whitney Calhoun. Lambeau solicited funds for uniforms from his employer, the Indian Packing Company, a meat packing company. He was given $500 ($7,500 today) for uniforms and equipment, on the condition that the team be named after its sponsor. The Green Bay Packers have played in their original city longer than any other team in the NFL.
Quarterback
Talk of Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers retiring has been ongoing throughout the season. While the question of where he will go has been a common topic, Rodgers has been exceptionally vague.
In a recent interview reported by the NFL, Rodgers was asked if he has decided against retiring after 2021. He responds, “I wouldn’t rule that out. I think that I’m just enjoying this season for this season. I think that playing next year will definitely be in the thought process. One of the things, wanting to not be a bum on the way out and still be able to play, I think, is important to me.”

Highlights
The Green Bay Packers have defeated the Chicago Bears 21-13 and are the 2012 NFC North champions. The Bears got off to a quick start, but the Packers stormed right back and controlled the game the rest of the way. Despite that, the Packers almost gave the game away thanks to an inexplicable trick play on special teams despite being up 11 points.
After that, the Bears have had multiple chances to get at least in position for the game tying score, but three offensive pass interference penalties on Alshon Jeffrey proved fatal to the Bears offense.
The Packers appeared to be well on their way to a blowout as they took the second half kickoff and drove the ball right down the field as Aaron Rodgers hits James Jones for the third touchdown between the two today. A fumble by Ryan Grant in the third quarter followed by the botched special teams play have given the Bears new life.
