Meet Grayson McCall, who was born on December 13, 2000, and he is the football quarterback for the NC State Wolfpack. He was a very famous player for the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, where he was a three-time Sun Belt Player of the Year, but now he is a quarterback for the NC State Wolfpack team.

NC State quarterback Grayson McCall had amishap that was undoubtedly scary while the team was fighting with Wake Forest last Saturday.
McCall took the ball to the center where a few Demon Deacon ballplayers met him, one of them hitting McCall with the top of the helmet. Somewhere along there, McCall lost his helmet as well as the ball and then Wake Forest jumped on the loose ball.
McCall shouldered down and had to be stretchered off, although he was motioning with both arms. Commentators said that McCall raised his arm in the air being carried off the field. Reportedly, according to CW Network’s broadcast, McCall went to WakeMed hospital. He has been out of action for the last two games for College basketball Match after home against NC State due to injury McCall.
McCall was reported discharged from the hospital and was in good spirits with NC State confirming that all his scans were positive.

NC State football coach Dave Doeren said, “All the reports from the hospital are positive” relating to McCall, according to Rodd Baxley of the Fayetteville Observer.
“I was worried for him. Everybody was screaming targeting,” Doeren admitted. “I couldn’t see it from where I was standing. I was pretty much more worried about him relieving out. … Grayson once he woke up, he started speaking.”
McCall suffered his injury on a hit from a Wake Forest defender on the very first drive for the Wolfpack early in the first quarter of the game. The NC State medical staff had him on the field and then he was taken off on a stretcher.
Head
Though it is still not confirmed exactly how he was injured, McCall has a history of head injuries and concussions.
Last year, while playing against Coastal Carolina, the quarterback had a head injury which put an end to his season and was dangerous enough to potentially end his career.
