God of War Ragnarok is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Santa Monica Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). It is scheduled to be released worldwide on November 9, 2022 for PlayStation 4 (PS4) and PlayStation 5 (PS5). It will be the ninth installment in the God of War series, the ninth chronologically, and the sequel to 2018’s God of War. Based on Norse mythology, the game will be set in ancient Scandinavia and feature series protagonist Kratos and his teenage son Atreus. Serving as the finale of the Norse era of the series, the game would include Ragnarok, a series of events that brought about the end of the days, and would depict the death of some Norse gods, predicted to occur in the previous game. was done. Along with today’s announcement of a God of War Ragnarok release date — November 9th 2022 if you didn’t already know — Sony has revealed collector’s editions you can shell out extra cash for. Pre-orders for all of them will go live from July 15, 2022, so let’s take a look at what each one includes, from cheapest to most expensive.
Pricing outside the standard version’s £69.99/$69.99 price hasn’t been revealed yet, but let’s take a look at all the versions below. The unboxing of the Collector and Jotnar editions can be seen above.
Pre order bonus
The standard version of God of War Ragnarok includes just the base game. If you want to upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version, you’ll need to pay an additional $10. The PlayStation 4 version should cost $59.99, while the PlayStation 5 will likely be available for $69.99.
Sony is known for its meticulously crafted collector’s editions, and God of War Ragnarok is no exception. With the Collector’s Edition, players will get all the goodies at the Knowledge Keepers Shrine.
