Chikadaze’s background is the beginning of training in the style of Goju-ryu karate, when he was 5 years old. He later went on to train in Kyokushin and kickboxing and ranks as a Third Degree Black Belt in Goju-ryu and a Black Belt in Kyokushin.
He moved to the Netherlands for about seven years to train at the famous Dutch kickboxing gym and fight on the kickboxing circuit at local and international level, where he became a multiple-time world champion.
He then started with a 6 – 4 in Glory Kickboxing, winning notable victories over Kevin van Nostrand, Serhi Adamchuk and Victor Pinto.
After retiring from kickboxing in 2017, Chikadze turned his attention to MMA, where he scored an impressive stoppage victory before losing the fight to Austin Springer at Dana White’s Contender Series in 2018. They then return 2 – 0 and will receive the call. Fighting in UFC.
