Florida Panthers head coach resigns in wake of Blackhawks sex abuse scandal. Joel Quenneville resigned as head coach of the Florida Panthers Thursday after a meeting with NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman to discuss his involvement in the Chicago Blackhawks sexual abuse case.

On Saturday, in what would end up being a 3-2 overtime loss to the host Lightning, the Florida Panthers debuted three new set of lines midway through the second period.
The mixing-and-matching ultimately paid off, with two goals coming in a 36-second span shortly after the new combinations were put together.
The scoring started when Sasha Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau were reunited.
