This weekend’s US Grand Prix will take place at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas. The F1 race is scheduled to run on Sunday at 3 pm. ET, but qualifying will take place on Saturday before 5 PM. Saturday’s qualifying will air on ESPNews and will be available via live stream on WatchESPN. Sunday’s race will air on ABC with the same live stream option.

Qualifying will last one hour and there will be three qualifying periods with two intermissions. The first period will last 20 minutes in which all 20 cars will try to secure the fastest time. At the end of 20 minutes the five slowest cars will be eliminated and placed on the 16-20 spot on the race grid. The second qualifying period is 15 minutes and the remaining 15 cars compete for the new fastest time. Once again, the five slowest cars are removed to set places 11–15 in the grid. In the final ten minutes the 10 remaining cars compete for the fastest time to secure pole position and gain 1–10 position.

Lewis Hamilton comes into the weekend as the favorite to secure top qualifying position on Saturday and win the race on Sunday in the DraftKings sportsbook. He is -105 for securing pole position and -135 for winning the race. Max Verstappen secured pole with an odds of 190 and won the race with an odds of 135.
