Fantasy
According to Chris Feder, Ivan Mobley will miss Wednesday’s match against the Mavericks due to a sprain in his left ankle.
Kevin Love will be included in the starting lineup in his place, with star rookie sidelined for some time. The five-time All-Star posted 19 points, seven rebounds and three assists in 32 minutes in Monday’s win over the Magic. Look for a UCLA product to take on the offensive burden with Darius Garland on Wednesday.

Injury update
The Cleveland Cavaliers were given a fair scare on Monday night after star rookie Evan Mobley was seen spraining his left ankle during the second quarter of a matchup against the Orlando Magic. The initial update on the Cavs big man’s injury is relatively positive, but Mobley isn’t out of the woods just yet.
According to ESPN’s NBA guru Adrian Wojnarowski, initial X-rays on Mobley’s ankle have come back clean:
“Cleveland Cavaliers center Evan Mobley’s left ankle was X-ray negative, sources tell ESPN. Mobley left Monday’s win over Orlando in the second quarter with a sprain,” Woz wrote in his tweet.
The Cavs may have shot a big one here. It appears that the X-ray results showed no structural damage which is a positive development. However, Mobley is likely to conduct more tests on Tuesday and we’re all hoping it doesn’t turn into anything serious.
Mobley was able to go back to the locker room under his own power which is always a good sign. However, if you look at how he twisted his ankle after landing on fellow rookie Franz Wagner’s leg, you can’t deny that it was a serious injury:
Mobley was unable to return to the game and finished with six points and three rebounds in 13 minutes of action. The good news for the Cavs is that they managed to win without their prized rookie. Darius Garland led the way for Cleveland, falling a game-high 25 points with 12 assists, three steals and five triples. The game ended with a final score of 107–101 in favor of the Cavs.
