Trade Rumors:

This shouldn’t necessarily come as a surprise. Utah hosts the 2023 All-Star Game, and there have been rumblings that Jazz ownership preferred to keep Mitchell at least until the All-Star festivities.

Jazz team president (and legendary pick hoarder) Danny Ainge received an absolute HAUL in terms of assets in the Gobert trade, so they could easily pivot and put another quality player or two with Mitchell.

But let’s play devil’s advocate here and say that these reports are all just posturing by Ainge and the Jazz.

Does have a wife:

Yes, he has a wife.

When Mitchell was drafted into NBA back in 2017 it was reported that he was dating Deja Lighty. The proof of their relationship was all over social media posted by Lighty and Mitchell, the screenshot is still available on Player Wives. In the post, Mitchell used to refer to Lighty as his “partner in crime” and “my girl.”

They have even shared many posts of cuddling pictures with the caption, “Me n U,” as well as another one of them snuggling in matching jean outfits.

Sister College:

The internet is chock-full of remote learning follies during the coronavirus pandemic. With many students forced to take classes online, the fear of a family member carelessly appearing in the background of a meeting has become commonplace across the country.

Now, Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell can add his name to the list of embarrassing family members after he trolled his sister Jordan during one of her online classes.

In a video posted on the Jazz All-Star’s Instagram page, Mitchell is seen behind his sister holding a whiteboard that says “Hey Guys!” as he dances in the background.
