Police claimed that Everett rolled his car over after exceeding the 45 mph speed limit and hitting multiple trees.
His lover, Olivia Peters, passed away while he was hurt.
Everett was initially charged with involuntary manslaughter, but thanks to a plea agreement, he was just charged with careless driving.
