Why is not playing for texans
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Texans do not plan to play quarterback Deshan Watson during the 2021 NFL season.
Watson is currently facing 22 active civil charges and 10 criminal complaints on sexual misconduct charges. Watson’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, has previously stated that all 22 plaintiffs lied about Watson’s conduct and that any alleged sexual activity that occurred during Watson’s massage appointments was consensual.
The NFL, like the local police, is investigating Watson’s conduct. There is also an open grand jury investigation into criminal misconduct.
While currently under investigation, Watson has not been banned by the NFL from participating in team activities.
Watson has been ruled out of Sunday’s Houston game versus the Jaguars for non-football reasons. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, he would be excluded under that demarcation, except at a dramatic turn.

Deshaun Watson’s lawyers are once again fighting the battle. Watson’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, found that some of the women who accused Deshan Watson of inappropriate behavior during a massage session are not 100% honest about their encounters with Watson. Harden held a press conference this morning and decided to expose one of Watson’s accusers, showing that she tried to schedule more appointments with Watson than she claimed. She was sexually assaulted. Buzzbee plaintiff Sheni Lawson reportedly reached out to Watson to schedule more appointments.
Of these 22 lawsuits, only two allege forced sexual activity, which Mr Watson vehemently denied,” Hardin said. “In the case of Shane Lawson, her business manager admitted to Mr. Watson’s marketing manager that the contact was made with consent, but she still wanted the money.
“And in the case of Marchelle Davis, witnesses say that Ms. Davis was happy and excited after massaging Mr. Watson. … In addition, she told witnesses that if Mr. Watson had paid her, she would Instead of suing her, she would have supported him.
