Demaryius Antwon Thomas (December 25, 1987 – December 9, 2021) was an American professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons, primarily with the Denver Broncos. He played college football for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and was drafted by the Broncos in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft. American professional football player Demaryius Thomas has sadly passed away aged 33.
The NFL star played ten seasons, most of which was spent with the Denver Broncos. However, he also played for the Houston Texans, New England Patriots and New York Jets. Demaryius was found dead at his home in Roswell, Georgia on Thursday night (December 9th), but what was his cause of death?
The wide receiver was in a car accident in 2019, and some think it could have been linked to his demise.

Thomas was found deceased in his home on Thursday night, the Roswell (Georgia) Police Department confirmed in a statement to NFL Media. Preliminary information is that Thomas’ death stems from a medical issue, and Roswell PD investigators currently have no reason to believe otherwise.
