Pushes cameraman
A photographer pulled over by Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams after a game this week has filed a police report alleging he was injured in the incident, PEOPLE confirmed.
On Monday night, Adams was filmed pushing the photographer when the Raiders’ Kansas City Chiefs lost 30-29 at Arrowhead Stadium. Adams was seen pushing the man across in front of him on his way to the locker room after the game.
In a statement sent to People, Sgt. Kansas City Police’s Jake Bacchina said the cameraman contacted the department Monday night after he was “pushed to the ground with a wound.”
“At the end of the game, he was pushed to the ground with an injury,” Bacchina said. “He arranged for private transport to the hospital for treatment, at which time he called the police.”
Bechina said the injuries he experienced are not considered life-threatening.
Bechina says the department will investigate the incident and coordinate with prosecutors to determine if any charges apply. The investigation is likely to take more than two days.

The fallout of Davante Adams pushing a cameraman after the Raiders’ loss to the Chiefs at Arrowhead Monday Night has begun. The man who pushed Adams has filed a police report and claimed injuries, according to a TMZ report.
Adams came straight off the field in the fourth down play in which he and fellow receiver Hunter Renfro collided, ending the game with a 30–29 Chiefs win.
After the play, Adams was seen angrily slamming his helmet on the ground. Then as he left the field, a cameraman absentmindedly walked in front of him while heading towards the tunnel to go to the locker room, leading to a collision between them.
Adams responded by pushing the cameraman and he fell to the ground. Then Adams continued walking into the locker room.
After Adams had some time to cool off in the locker room, he offered an apology to the camera man.
“I want to apologize to that guy. Some guy was running off the field and he ran, like he jumped out of the field and jumped in front of me, and I bumped into him, pushed him, and he ended up on the ground,” Adams told reporters. “So I wanted to say sorry to her because it was just the mixed frustration with her that was really running in front of me. I shouldn’t have answered that way, but I did answer that way in the beginning.” Diya and I want to apologize to him for this.
