Hits camera man
Davante Adams was frustrated after the Las Vegas Raiders’ 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He’ll regret how he took out that frustration.
On his way back to the locker room after the game, Adams shoved a cameraman to the ground. ESPN’s cameras caught the act and played it on “SportsCenter” after the game. It’s not a good look for Adams and the NFL will not take kindly to it either.
Adams was clearly upset as the game ended. He and teammate Hunter Renfro collided downfield on fourth and a pass that went unfinished and practically ended the game. As he reached the sideline, Adams angrily slammed his helmet down.
Later in the locker room, in comments shown on ESPN, Adams apologized.
“Before I answer anything else, I want to apologize to the man – some man is running off the field, and he ran, jumped in front of me while we were coming off the field and I bumped into him Pushed and I think he ended up on the ground,” Adams said. “I wanted to say sorry to her. It was the frustration she got with running with her, literally running in front of me, and I shouldn’t have responded that way. But I reacted that way in the beginning so I apologize to her.” I want that.”
Pushes camera man
The final whistle had already sounded, but Davante Adams had one last hit.
After a wild 30-29 road loss to the Las Vegas Chiefs on Monday night, the Raiders’ star receiver pushed a camera operator as he exited the field and headed back into the tunnel.
The camera operator, who had a long piece of equipment, was inadvertently walking in front of Adams. He stumbled and fell backwards after a two-handed push from Adams, and was helped back to his feet by a security guard.
Adams paused for a moment and looked at the camera operator before proceeding to walk into the tunnel. The person he pushed did not appear to be seriously injured. It is not clear whether the equipment he was carrying was damaged.
“Sorry for the guy I pushed after the game,” Adams tweeted after the game. “Obviously that was my reaction to the way the game ended and when he ran in front of me and I immediately felt terrible. That’s not me..my sorry man hope you see it.”

The condition of the person who pushed the man is not yet known, but he seemed fine after the blow and appeared to be stable after the incident.
After pushing the man, Adams, still wearing his helmet, continued to walk into the locker room, not looking back at the man on the ground.
Action will be taken by the league or the man is yet to be determined, but Adams may be looking at some sort of discipline.
Adams has since apologized, saying it was out of frustration and not the right way to respond.
