Week 4

Prescott faces a Carolina defense that’s been terrific so far, but the Panthers have faced the Jets, the Texans and the Jameis Winston-led edition of the Saints. They really haven’t been tested yet. Dak will certainly test the Carolina defense. But there’s a small concern with Prescott that perhaps we weren’t anticipating this year:

The Dallas defense might be good. This wasn’t a concern after Week 1, when we saw Prescott throw 58 times and put up 403 passing yards and four touchdowns in a shootout with the Buccaneers. But in the two games since, the Dallas defense has played well in wins over the Chargers and Eagles. With a neutral game script against the Chargers and a positive script against the Eagles, Prescott attempted 27 and 26 passes in those two games, finishing with 237 and 238 passing yards. You’re starting Prescott, obviously – he’s a midrange QB1 at worst – but I’m shying away from him in DFS in a Week 4 matchup that might not have a great deal of shootout potential.

Vs eagles

It was a wild, wild slate of games for the NFL in Week 3, and that roller coaster was punctuated on Monday night, even though the final score might not indicate it. it was the Dallas Cowboys walking away with the 41-21 victory over the NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. It was a contest headlined as much by who’s absent as by who’s playing, but the tale of the first half has been the inability of the Eagles defense to do anything against Dak Prescott and the Dallas running game — with both Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard again having their way, much like they did in the Week 2 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Brother

Dak Prescott

Dak was the youngest of Peggy Prescott’s three children Jace Prescott, Tad Prescott and Elliott Prescott. While she worked as a manager of a truck stop, Prescott attended Haughton High School in Haughton, Louisiana, where he played football for the Buccaneers. As a senior, he completed 159-of-258 passes for 2,860 yards and 39 touchdowns. He also rushed for 951 yards on 90 attempts with 17 touchdowns, and led Haughton to become 2010 District 1-AAAA Champions. Peggy had colon cancer and died on November 3, 2013.

Net Worth

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Dak Prescott has a net worth of $40 million. He became the second highest-paid quarterback in the NFL after signing a 4-year contract extension worth $160 million with the Dallas Cowboys. Apart from his earnings as a professional footballer, Dak’s endorsement deals have pocketed the rising athlete millions more.

Salary

Dak Prescott’s contract extension signed in 2021 was worth $160 million and included a $66 million signing bonus. This was the highest contract signed by a Cowboys player, as well as the highest signing bonus in the history of the NFL. The deal boosted Prescott into second in the list of highest-paid quarterbacks in the league, with an average annual salary of $40 million.
