Brother in jail
The brother of Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney has been arrested in South Carolina and charged with sexually abusing a minor.
According to WCIV News 4 in Charleston, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, 53-year-old Henry Ervill Swine III of Clemson was arrested along with Central’s Carson Alexander Radlin after he allegedly distributed sexual abuse material. Radlin was reportedly in possession of “several illegal files”.
According to News 4, Swine was arrested on April 23, and charged with 2 degrees of sexual abuse of a minor, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Radlin was arrested on April 29, the station reported, and faces 10 counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse of a minor, as well as a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
Swine was reportedly arrested by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force and the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office.
News 4 said he was given a $5,000 bond and was released from prison on Tuesday.
