Pulse says that 32-year-old Colleen — who gave birth to her fourth son Cass in February last year — was largely inspired by the negative headlines following Wayne’s most recent indiscretion.

Despite promising to stay straight and narrow after his drink-drive shyness with party girl Laura Simpson in 2017, he enjoyed a 10-hour wine session with a barmaid in Florida last month.

Says a source: “When she previously had a tough time with Wayne, Colleen would often eat comfort food. But she was determined not to go down that path.

“Following these latest stories about Wayne, she decided to take control by prioritizing a super-healthy lifestyle. She hired a new nutritionist to help her cut sugar, and choose fish or chicken and Switched to a low-carb diet of salads with just lemon juice, asparagus-stuffed chicken breast, courgette noodles, and lots of sushi dishes with steamed vegetables instead of rice for dressing.

“She’s snacking on almonds, berries, edamame beans, and crudits. For breakfast, she’ll either have eggs and turkey bacon, or a protein shake before starting her workouts. She feels great.”

She created her own series for ITV called Collins Real Women in which she was labeled as “the country’s favorite girl next door” [5] and sought out “real women” for ad campaigns as a substitute for the model.

In December 2005, Rooney sold an exercise DVD titled Colleen McLaughlin’s Brand New Body Workout, which became a bestseller in the United Kingdom. He was paid £3 million in front of George in the Asda campaign. In the documentary titled “Rooney”, she says that she hopes Wayne has “learned” from his past mistakes and will not fall into “terrible circumstances” in the future.

Mrs Rooney acknowledged that her past behavior was “not acceptable”, but she would “have to live with it”.

The former England star, who now manages Derby County, has run with both wine and other women in the past.

In 2018 he was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community work after nearly three times the legal drinking limit, after a night out at the wheel of another woman’s car.

The 35-year-old vowed to make his marriage work after the incident.

Speaking about deciding to stick with her marriage, Mrs Rooney said: “When you’re making those decisions, you have to focus on what you want and what you don’t.
