Earlier this month, Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal fought in the main event of UFC 272 in a highly anticipated grudge match. However, 25 minutes of sanctioned violence did not appear to satisfy the two as the team’s former rivals reportedly clashed at a physical Miami restaurant on Monday. According to a report in TMZ Sports, Colby Covington was having dinner with the Neck Boys at Papi Steak restaurant in Miami, Florida and was allegedly attacked by Jorge Masvidal as Covington was leaving the restaurant.
Jorge Masvidal’s manager, Malki Cava, apparently claimed that his client got the better of Colby Covington when reports surfaced that the rivals had a street fight. Malki Cava claimed on Twitter that Colby Covington lost a tooth during the brawl. Cava tweeted, “I hear someone from Miami who says he’s the king of it, is missing a tooth.

Jorge masvidal
Earlier this month at UFC 272 Masvidal and Covington had a chance to settle one of the bitterest fights in the game, the latter winning by unanimous decision.
Many would have assumed that after 25 minutes in the octagon they would be ready to move on, but this did nothing to quell their hatred. The pair were best friends and even lived together during their time on the American top team, but a bitter feud broke out. Masvidal claimed that Covington cut his coach short after one of their fights, a claim Covington denied.
The pair were involved in an incident outside a restaurant in Miami on Monday in which Masvidal was reportedly fighting with Covington. Covington was having dinner at the restaurant with social media group Nellk Boys, who posted a video with the UFC star. He was then surrounded by police officers, who reacted to the incident.
